Each lodge is on the account with its type, how many it sleeps and the things you only learn by driving out there — the gate code, the road that washes out, the cabin with no signal. Parties are assigned to one, and every trip shows on the map at the cabin it is staying in.
Guides paid out of the till and forgotten at year end
Guides are on the account at their day rate. Days worked become a cost against the trip, so you can see what a week actually made — and the 1099 worksheet already knows who you paid and whose W-9 is missing.
Taxidermy and processing rung up on a notepad
Trophy fees, shoulder mounts, European mounts, processing, meat shipping and licences are a price list you ring up against the party while they are still standing in camp.

How a job runs
One Job, Start to Finish
A party books four days on whitetail in November. They pay a deposit that holds the week, and the file shows the quarry, the weapon, the party size and which cabin they are in. A guide is assigned at his day rate. They arrive, settle the balance, and their licences go on the trip. At the end of the week the camp shots and the harvest photos go out to them, and the shoulder mount is rung up before they leave. What the week made, after the guide and the groceries, is a number you can look at.

Can I put my cabins and camps on the account?
Yes. Each one is recorded with its type, how many it sleeps, its zone and its access notes, and a party is assigned to it. Trips show on the map at the cabin they are staying in, so you can see which are full.
Does it handle both hunting and fishing?
Yes — guided hunts, wingshooting over dogs, charters and guided fishing all book the same way. Each trip records what it is for, whether that is whitetail, bear, boar, muskie or walleye.
How do deposits work?
A trip is split into a deposit that holds the dates and a balance due on arrival, with your tax on top. A cancellation keeps the deposit and voids the balance, and the money already taken stays reconciled.
Can guests upload their licences and tags?
Yes. Licences, tags, permits and signed waivers attach to the trip as documents, kept separate from the camp and harvest photographs.
How do I pay guides?
By the day, at their rate. Days worked are costed against the trip so you can see the margin on a week, and what you paid each guide carries through to the year-end 1099 worksheet.
Do you take annual club dues?
Yes. A season membership bills on a schedule as a recurring charge, alongside the trips that are booked one at a time.
