A quarterly plan is four charges a year, per customer
Multiply that by a few hundred customers and it's not a job for a person. The schedule runs itself and tells you what it did.
Recurring plans are the whole business model, and they only work if the billing never slips. QuixChex runs the programmes, the routes and the techs, and charges the plans on time without anyone remembering to.
How a service runs
A tech runs the route with their day on their phone. Treatments get marked off as they go. The quarterly plan bills on its cycle whether or not anyone in the office thought about it, and a failed card gets retried and flagged.
The day is on their phone. Treatments are ticked off at the property, with what was used and where.
Four charges a year per customer, on time, whether or not anyone in the office thought about it.
QuixChex tries again and flags it, so a lapsed plan is something you decide about rather than discover.
Property treated. Plan intact. Paid.

Bill the higher first visit, then let the recurring plan take over at the normal rate from the next cycle.
Big one-time treatments sit alongside the plan on the same customer, quoted and billed separately.

FAQ
Yes — the initial treatment is its own line item at its own price, and the recurring plan starts at the normal rate from the next cycle.
Yes. A seasonal programme bills per treatment through the season and stops when the season does, without cancelling the customer.
Change the schedule. The customer, their payment method and their history stay put; only the cadence and price change.
No. Change the amount on a plan and it takes the new figure at that customer’s next charge, with what has already been taken left alone. But there is no button that raises three hundred plans at once, and no letter goes out on its own. Telling them is yours to do.
No. Nothing goes out ahead of a plan charge — no notice and no reminder. Your own dashboard shows what is due to charge in the next seven days, so you can ring anyone who needs the heads-up, but QuixChex will not do it for you.
What was charged and what was collected, by month, by customer and by plan, on screen or as a PDF. It is a record of money that moved — there is no forecast in it, so nothing here tells you what next quarter looks like.
