Questions, Answered
Can I have different prices for the same service at different houses?
Yes. The service is a starting price; what a particular customer pays is set on their schedule. A 4,000 sq ft house and a condo can both be “standard clean” at different rates.
Can commercial clients be invoiced monthly?
Yes. Office cleaning can bill per visit or roll up into one monthly charge, whichever the client wants.
Can cleaners see the customer's payment details?
No. Field users see their day and the job. Card and bank details aren't in the field app at all.
