Yes. The diagnostic scan is its own line item; when the repair is approved you adjust the job before it bills.
Does it handle fleet or commercial accounts?
Yes. A fleet account can bill monthly for everything that came through, rather than a payment per vehicle per visit.
Can I do mobile detailing as well as shop work?
Yes — mobile work is a job with an address, so you can assign it, see the van on the map, and bill it the same way as shop work.
