Questions, Answered
Can I bill weekly mowing and one-off cleanups on the same customer?
Yes. A customer can have a recurring weekly schedule and separate one-off charges for a spring cleanup or a mulch delivery. They show on one record and one statement.
What about winter, when the mowing stops?
Pause the recurring schedule for the off-season and turn it back on in spring — the customer, their card and their price all stay where they are. Snow removal can bill per visit through the winter.
Can I charge per cubic yard or per pallet?
Yes. Mulch is priced per yard and sod per pallet in the starting list, and you set the quantity when you build the schedule.
