Can I bill commercial work in stages?

Yes. A job can be split into as many draws as the contract needs, each billing on its own trigger rather than one invoice at the end.

Can I see what the labour on a job cost?

Yes. Each electrician goes on the job with a day rate and the days they worked, so the cost sits next to what you billed. Clocking in and out is separate — that is the timesheet and the live map, not the job cost.

Can I keep residential call-outs simple?

Yes. A small job can be one price, one visit and one charge. The draw machinery is there when you want it, not imposed on every job.

What happens if the client turns the bid down?

It goes on that job’s timeline as declined, with the date, and the job doesn’t vanish off the board. Re-price it, send it again, and the decline clears on the same record — there’s no second job to build to quote the same panel twice.

Can the electrician record the panel size and the permit number from site?

Yes. You set the list of fields your work needs — panel size, circuits, permit number, the shutdown window — and the electrician fills them in on their phone at the address. What they type lands on the record, and the first few show on its pin on the map.

Can I bring my own price list in instead of typing it out?

Yes. It imports from a CSV — a name, an amount, a description and a category per row. Your customers import the same way, from a CSV or a PDF of a list you already hold, and either way you match the columns and read the rows on screen before any of it is saved.
